Marie Riepenhoff-Talty is from Roseville, Ca.  She has a Ph.D. in Microbiology from the State University of New York at Buffalo and spent the better part of thirty years studying the pathology and immunology of viruses.  Before that she was a registered nurse.  She has been writing poetry for a little over two years and has had poems published in Rattlesnake Review, Poet’s Forum Magazine and Medusa’s Kitchen.  She is also published in Sun Shadow Mountain.
